Click here for detailed instructions in how to add a button to your browser that'd allow you to add a Story to HUBation with just a click.

Once installed, when you're visiting a web page you'd like to submit to HUBation, all you have to do is click on the Favorite button and you will be ready to submit the Story without having to copy&paste the URL, etc.

By adding the following code to your web page, you can have a "badge" showing the latest news that you would normally see in your "My Stories" page:

In the example above, the number 10 in the "http://hubation.corank.com/js//10" URL indicates how many Stories you want the badge to show. You can change that number for any value between 3 and 20.

Also, if you know a bit of CSS, you're welcome to adjust the look of the badge by modifying the properties of the corankBox and corankVotes classes. Soon we'll offer an easy to use visual tool so you can customize the look of your badge without having to mess up with the code by hand.

You can have a "badge" in your website, blog etc, showing the latest news that you would normally see in your "My Stories" page.

In order for us to provide you with the code to do that, you must first sign into your account. If you don't have an account, you can create it in just a minute

All you need to do is to add a link following this format:

The first person clicking on the link will be able to complete the submission process. Additional clicks on the link will add a positive vote to the Story.

Description of parameters:

url
That's the complete URL to the Story, and it should be "URL encoded" - that is, it should look something like this:

http%3A%2F%2Fyoursite%2Fstory%2Fpage.html

It should not exceed 255 characters.

title (optional)
The title of the Story. It must be in UTF-8 and also "URL encoded", and it should not exceed 100 characters.
If you're using JavaScript to encode the title, don't use the "escape" function but the "encodeURIComponent" function instead (it takes care of encoding the title both in UTF-8 and URL-encoded in one step).

source=w
This tells HUBation that the Story is being submitted from a web page. Its value should always be "w". Otherwise the submission would simply not work.
